The Quad is a dark, bottle conditioned, lightly carbonated ale brewed in Trappist style. It was aged in tank and then bottle conditioned before being released. The 2023 vintage beer will only improve with an extended stay in your cellar, the 2015 vintage has cellared for 8 years and is ready for immediate consumption.
