Gin Lane Presents: Ruby Rhinoceros and Emerald Elephants Absinthes. These two products differ only in final phase of their creation, with Emerald Elephants steeping on Wormwood, Lemon Balm and Mint, while Ruby Rhinoceros is finished with a final steep in Hibiscus Flower. Emerald Elephants is a more traditional representation of Absinthe, and Ruby Rhinoceros provides a fun, floral twist.
