Please be our Valentine!

On Friday, February 14th allows us to make you a cocktail and a charcuterie board or take a romantic stroll down the Fermentation Hallway and join us for a Brewery & Distillery Tour!

For Valentine's Day we will be running food, beer and cocktail features, as well as offering two opportunities to come check out the mysterious back of house. Come for the tour, the features, or both! V-Day Features include Charcuterie Boards for Two, Italian Nachos, Shareable Bottles of Aged Quad, and Special Cocktails from Gin Lane!

Tours are $15 and include your first pint or cocktail on tap from Red Collar or Gin Lane, and a table reservation post tour upon request. A $5 per person deposit is required to save your place, and the remainder can be settled day of. You can choose between two tour times, at 530pm and 7pm. Tour capacity is limited so grab a spot early!
