Not quite English, nor American in style. This amber brew is chalk full of citrus and tropical fruit aromas from the use of a blend of Pacific Northwest hops. Bitterness is balanced by caramel malt flavours.
Unpasturized, unfiltered and naturally carbonated.

Blonde

A medium bodied ale with a crisp, dry finish. The use of Pilsner and French aromatic malts create a golden colour with biscuit and honey flavours. Fermented at lager temperatures with Red Collar’s proprietary Belgian yeast strain.

Dubbel

Originating as a traditional Belgian Trappist style beer, rich in coffee, chocolate and toffeenotes.
Red Collar Dubbel is brewed with Kamloops soft water, Belgian malt, German hops and a blend of Belgium Trappist yeasts. Unpasturized, unfiltered, naturally carbonated and vegan friendly.

Belgian White IPA

Built upon the foundation of unmalted wheat, fermented with Red Collar’s proprietary yeast, and dry-hopped with Ahtanum and Mosaic. The result is a light beer with an abundance of berry and grapefruit aromas.
