Introducing Grilled Cheese Tuesdays – grab an ooey gooey grilled cheese on homemade bread for $6 or $10 if you want a side of beer! You can also add on veg, meat and soup to your heart’s content! This is a Tuesday only special so don’t miss out!
PSA for everyone who likes beer, pasta and happiness: RCB will be hosting this amazing lady, Natalie, in our kitchen on Wednesdays for the next couple of months! You will recognize Nat from the Eats Amore Food Truck, home of pasta and meatball subs on wheels, so while the food truck is off the road she will be cooking up some Italian deliciousness right here at the brewery! Think of it as a kitchen takeover “residency”, and also stay tuned for other Wednesday kitchen takeovers! Menu will change week to week, quantities are limited, stay tuned for details!
TRIVIA IS BACK IN ACTION! We’re kicking off the 2018 Trivia season next Tuesday, January 23rd. Yes, you read correctly, Trivia is being moved back to Tuesdays. This is great news as Tuesdays are also grilled cheese days, and honestly what more do you want – cheese, beer, games.
As always trivia rules are to have fun and be respectful – teams of 4 to 6 people is ideal (and prizes will be awarded to a maximum of 6 people).
There will be a 2018 Leaderboard plus prizes for the winners of each round. Remember to come early as it is first come, first serve!
There is no theme this round other than the odd beer related question so study up on that general knowledge trivia and see you next week!
IT’S BACK! For the most wonderful time of the year, the Red Collar 12 Days of Christmas returns, featuring a different special/deal at the tasting room everyday we’re open from Dec. 9th to 24th. We will be opening for earlier and shorten hours on the 24th as it lands on a Sunday this year.
NEW THIS YEAR – on Saturday, Dec 9th we will be giving out 12 days of Xmas punch cards. If you manage to take part in every special we run during the Christmas season you will receive a bonus gift on the 24th! It’ll be super great, we promise ;).
Some of the specials are the same as last year, some are new, keep your eyes on our social media as we will post the night before what the special the next day will be!

Heads up to all you nerds out there, Trivia at RCB is back! The next date to play in Oct. 19th. Grad some friends and form a team, we are running a leaderboard for this trivia season, so stick with it and you could win a big prize at the end!
This is Frank’s happiest face 🤣. So thrilled to have been able to donate $2000 to the KFB in support of victims of the devastating wildfires this summer. This was made possible as a result of the amazing support we received from July to September while we ran our can fundraiser, donating $1 from every can sold in house. Thank you to Kamloops Food Bank and all the other fantastic organizations who work tirelessly to continously help and better our community.
We are so very thankful to be coming up on our 3rd year anniversary this month. We avoided doing a pumpkin beer over the past three years, but this Fall we had an offer we couldn’t refuse. Meet “Squash Gourdon”, made exclusively with sugar pumpkins grown here in Kamloops at @thistlefarm. A big shout out to Dieter and all the fine folks at the farm who not only grow amazing organic produce but use all our spent grains as compost in the process! Grains make beer, then grow squash and then make more beer – what an amazing cycle!
Squash Gourdon is available now in the tasting room in bombers and on draught, and will be making it’s way through the city/province over the weekend and into next week.
Another long weekend is coming to a close, time to clear up the empties! We are returning to regular hours as of this week, hope to see you soon!
