Trivia Thursday – Christmas Edition!
Round 4 (Christmas Edition) of the fall trivia season is in 9 days! Same times, same hosts but we’ve made a few tweaks. We will now be accepting up to 12 team reservations for trivia nights, with the rest of the tables being left for first come first serve players. Reservations cost $20 and must be made and paid for at least 2 days before trivia day (ie Dec 11th for this round). Reservations will be held for no more then 5 minutes after the set reso time and then will be given to another team. Upon arrival your team will get a welcome jug of beer which is included in your reso cost (and if you don’t show, more beer for us and no refunds 😉)! Please limit your teams to no more than 6 players, if you have more friends then make two teams! Prizes are all based on teams of 4. As always remember to be respectful and then this is for fun! We will also be running themed trivia rounds this season so be on the look out for clues! Backyard BBQ #1 – May Long Weekend
The May Long Weekend is just around the corner and BBQ season is BACK! We are kicking off the Red Collar 2018 Backyard BBQ series with some camping classics – BBQed smokies and potato salad. If you can’t make it out to actually go camping, make sure you swing by to at least have some camping food! We’ll also be tapping a cask around 3pm!

FRUHLINGSFEST 2018
Join us on Saturday, April 21st to celebrate spring, beer and the official commencement of the Munich Fruhlingsfest (Oktoberfest’s little brother). There will be a selection of German grub, as well as our traditional Maibock on tap – brewed specifically for this event. Local live music and a generally great time, Lederhosen and Drindls are encouraged (and worn by staff)! Noon – 10pm.

Kamloops Common Launch and Art Show
Saturday, March 24th we are launching our newest brew – a crushable lager dubbed the “Kamloops Common”. The Common has been brewed to pay homage to all things Kamloops and the celebrate this great city that has supported us these past three years. We have invited local artists to submit photographs and other works of art that represent Kamloops to them, which will be on display on Saturday from 2-4PM and then will grace our walls from the following three months. Some pieces maybe be for sale, but purchases do not involve Red Collar. Please join us to enjoy some local talent and some local brews.

New Can Release – Rocket Dog
Welcome to the newest addition of the RCB can crew! Meet Rocket Dog, a Dark Session IPA brewed with a wealth of out of this world hops. One could call this beer a blackhole of hops as it is technically void of any bitterness but in reality is bursting with flavour. A 0 IBU enigma that ventures into the far reaches of your palate. Space isn’t that lonely when there’s beer. Houston, we have a good boy! (May be referred to as “Little Rocket Dog” if you want to stir the political pot 😉). 🚀🐶🍺
Year of the Rocket Dog
It would appear to be fate that today marks both the beginning of the Year of the Dog and the launch of our newest brew, Rocket Dog. There’s going to be Hoisin Pulled Pork buns, Honey Sesame Chicken Wings, Rocket Doggos and beer. Come celebrate with us!
Grilled Cheese Tuesdays
Introducing Grilled Cheese Tuesdays – grab an ooey gooey grilled cheese on homemade bread for $6 or $10 if you want a side of beer! You can also add on veg, meat and soup to your heart’s content! This is a Tuesday only special so don’t miss out!
Eats Amore Wednesdays
PSA for everyone who likes beer, pasta and happiness: RCB will be hosting this amazing lady, Natalie, in our kitchen on Wednesdays for the next couple of months! You will recognize Nat from the Eats Amore Food Truck, home of pasta and meatball subs on wheels, so while the food truck is off the road she will be cooking up some Italian deliciousness right here at the brewery! Think of it as a kitchen takeover “residency”, and also stay tuned for other Wednesday kitchen takeovers! Menu will change week to week, quantities are limited, stay tuned for details!
