The 3rd Annual Red Collar Santa Paws Photos will be held on Sunday, December 22nd from 1-3pm! We will have our in house photographer Frank Luca Photography & Design on hand to snap festive pictures of your K9 BFF and Mr. Claus. We are doing this event earlier in the day then in past years to try to make the most of the natural light in order to take the best possible pictures of your angels! It is first come, first serve, so please be punctual!
All photos will be posted to Facebook on the Red Collar Page and in this event, and a high resolution copy can be emailed to you. Pictures will take place in the Fireplace Room and there will be leash up space and water on the patio. Please do not bring your dog into the tasting room itself.
All we ask is you bring a pet food or small monetary donation for the BC SPCA Kamloops & District Branch.
PLEASE make sure you only bring friendly pups, who like other pups. We expect to have a full house and bad behaviour, human or dog, will not be tolerated. This includes excessive barking and all aggressive behaviour. Please do not put us in the position that we have to ask you to leave. As dog owners and lovers ourselves, we are understanding and try to be inclusive of all pups, but if you are concerned that this might not be the right environment for your furry friend then please think twice about bringing him/her.
ALSO, this is a dog focused event and Santa time is reserved for those who are floofy and four-legged, not humans.
IT’S BACK! For the most wonderful time of the year, the Red Collar 12 Days of Christmas returns, featuring a different special/deal at the tasting room everyday we’re open from Dec. 12th to 24th. (See poster of all the days).
Like last year, we will be giving out 12 days of Xmas punch cards on the 1st day of Xmas (Dec 12th). If you manage to take part in every special we run during the Christmas season you will receive a bonus gift on the 24th! It’ll be super great, we promise ;).
Some of the specials are the same as last year, some are new, keep your eyes on our social media as we will post the night before what the special the next day will be!

Hello all, we are pleased to announce that we, here at Red Collar, are teaming up with Pubs for Prostate BC by offering up a special edition one off cask with all proceeds going to Prostate Cancer Foundation BC. For this night only, we will be offering this evening is a limited firkin of Cherry-Agave Common!
We hope you will join us for this evening with all proceeds from this cask going directly to support a great cause to support men and their families in BC, all while you eat and drink!
Since no good party weekend would be complete without brunch, we’re hosting one! This brunch will feature 4 beers paired with three course of your favourite breakfast food! It will be the perfect hair of the dog remedy for your hangover and will be the cherry on top of what is shaping up to be an amazing weekend! For those of you who have attended our Black Dog Dinners from past anniversaries, this brunch will be the most similar to that experience. You will received a welcome beer to start, followed by three subsequent brews that were chosen to pair with that course. Brunch will run from 11am – 3pm, tickets required.

Friday November 1st – 5 Years of Quad Vertical Tasting and Brewery Tour with the Brewers
Join us on Nov 1st for a unique opportunity to taste all 5 years of our Black Dog Quad side by side, hosted by our Brewmaster David. These vertical tasting will be conducted over the course of set 1 hour sessions, with sessions being limited to a maximum of 15 people. Participants will receive a tour of our brewery, a 4oz samples of each year of the 5 years of Quad, and assorted snacks and charcuterie during their session, as well as a branded Black Dog Quad glass and bottle of the 2018 Quad to take home. Sessions will run at 5pm, 6pm and 7pm.
The cost is $25/person (tax and grat included).

Saturday November 2nd – Birthday Bash!
We are excited to be able to welcome you to our 5th Birthday Party!
The party will be Carnival themed, featuring games and carnival foods (think mini doughnuts, popcorn and hot cheese nachos), plus of course, lots and lots of beer! We encourage you to dress up!
We have increased our capacity, allowing us to host up to 300 people for this event, with access to the tasting room, fireplace room and patio, as well as, the back parking lot and select parts of the brewery. We will have local live music and DJs throughout the evening playing in the brewery, and Eats Amore – Mobile Italian Cuisine will be dishing up their delicious food in the back parking lot all night.
This event will be on the evening of Saturday, Nov 2nd, entry will be free, food and beer will be ticketed. There will be NO table service during this event.
The cost is free entry! Beer tokens will be $6 and Eats Amore will be charging separately.

TRIVIA TUESDAY – FALL 2019
Welcome to the Fall 2019 Season of Red Collar Trivia. Like last season we will be taking up to 12 team reservations per round, rules for resos are listed below. All the dates for the Fall 2019 rounds are posted here, follow this event on Facebook to be notified of when team registration opens!
Reservations cost $20 and must be made and paid for at least 2 days before trivia day. Reservations will be held for no more then 5 minutes after the set reso time and then will be given to another team. Upon arrival your team will get a welcome jug of beer which is included in your reso cost (and if you don’t show, more beer for us and no refunds 😉)! Please limit your teams to no more than 6 players, if you have more friends then make two teams! Prizes are all based on teams of 4. As always remember to be respectful and then this is for fun! We will also be running themed trivia rounds this season so be on the look out for clues! You can sign up for a team booking by following the link below, and arrange to pay over the phone or in person. Payments can be called in Tuesday – Saturday from noon to 5pm.
And just like that September is upon us! September might mean cooler temperatures and back to school but it also means OKTOBERFEST! Join us on September 21st to celebrate the first official day of Oktoberfest, featuring a Bavarian inspired food specials, local bands and maases of Festbier! Grab your drindls and lederhosen and get into the festival spirit! Music line up TBA.
Food quantities are limited, first come, first serve.
Coming up this Sunday we will be hosting a few awesome bands for a by donation show on the patio with our bud JP at Factotum Co. Join us to enjoy the tunes courtesy of Victoria’s indie-pop darlings Bridal Party make a stop in Kamloops en route to Sled Island.
This is a FREE show, although donations are encouraged to support the artists. Music begins at 6pm. The event is 19+, although children are welcome if accompanied by a parent or guardian.
