Don’t forget to join us for Trivia Tuesday next week! There are no reservations, so show up early to ensure you get a table.
Real Craft, Not Crafty
Here at Red Collar we are focused, sometimes obsessively, with the pursuit of brewing great beer. Fortunately for us, we are surrounded by talented artists who are willing to help us make up for our decorative deficiencies. Local print maker Nona Tickner submitted this beautiful linocut print of her black dog, Charlie, and Red Collar’s designer Frank Luca did the rest.
If you are as passionate about art as we are of beer we would love to meet you. We are open to all mediums and are looking for pieces that can be used in anything from labels to tasting room installations.
For inquiries about submissions, please email us at info@redcollar.ca
Drink & Draw!
If you like to drink and are partial to art, join us on Wednesday, February 18th as the Kamloops Art Gallery hosts Drink & Draw. The art supplies are provided, there is no cost to participate and minors are welcome (so long as they are accompanied by a guardian). We’ll see you from 6-8PM!
Bock Blowout!
We are about to say goodbye to our Christmas Bock until next winter. To pay one last homage to this strong lager we are offering pints at $5 and jugs at $12. Come try this beer before it goes into hibernation!
Busy In The Big Smoke
Red Collar beers have been finding new homes in the 604 region! We are very excited to be doing business with some of BC’s best bottle shops which include, in alphabetical order, Bainbridge Liquor Store, Best Western Rainbow Country Inn, Brewery Creek, Darby’s, Firefly Fine Wines & Ales (Cambie and Maple Ridge locations), Libations and Whatcom Wine & Spirits. Draught is also pouring at the Alibi Room, the Billy Miner Pub, Hop & Vine Neighborhood Pub, Six Acres and St Augustines. It is an honour for us to be served along side the amazing craft breweries BC has to offer!
Busy means more brewing, and more brewing means more fermenters. Here are two new vessels that we welcomed to the brewery.
